I was very disappointed to hear the news that the entire stimulus package enacted in Washington D.C. is tied to prevailing wage. As a small business owner doing "green" building and home performance, I want to know how this will benefit my non-union employees. I guess the strong lobbyists are still very much in charge of votes. This is supposed to be the Administration of Change!!

Signed,

Extremely Disappointed.
