		<description>While reducing radiant heat load with a white roof is a good idea, there are other ways to receive a similar benefit that are not as costly, especially if your roof is in good shape or if there are ascetic concerns.  Closed cell insulation foam applied to the roof will keep solar heat out of attic spaces quite well.  Also, radiant barriers do a fair job for much less money.</description>
