We are an integrated HP company that got into WAP jobs as the ARRA mandate to go deeper into every house seemed to be backed with more money for each house...there is still potential for it to work great , but the additional paper-work requirements (that can't be billed for) and 'old-thinking' work-scopes make it a struggle.
