		<description>The best energy is the energy not used or wasted.  I think that energy efficiency&#039;s probably is a marketing one.  It&#039;s simply not very sexy.  Solar panels attract attention, get local press, and you can show it off to visitors.  Have you ever show anyone the great caulking job you did on your windows?</description>

Wherever you fall on the issues of climate change it is clear that the demand for clean energy in the world will bring profits to any country who is positioned to fulfill the demands of the world for clean and efficient energy. A relatively modest investment now will bring us a large payoff if we are smart enough to make it.</description>
