MN moves in on PACE

The Minnesota Senate passed PACE (SF2720) this afternoon which was authored by Senator John Doll. We also passed it out of our sixth committee in the House  (HF3109) earlier this morning. Home Star passes subcommitte

Today the U.S. House of Representatives Subcommittee on Energy and Environment completed markup on the HOME STAR Energy Retrofit Act of 2010. The bill was favorably forward, by a voice vote to the full committee on Energy and Commerce. Opening remarks today were received by Chairman Henry Waxman.
