To enhance the effectiveness of the Home Star bill, assist in the promotion of a national/state PACE program and/or a Green Bank that will allow this energy efficiency process to grow and continue.
I had a chance to meet with Senator Udall of Colorado last week. He is excited about the Home Star program and loved talking about it. We met at Mi Casa a non-profit training ground for low income and welfare resource center. Great opportunity to qualify and train the work force.
