The Energy Conservation Training Company (ECONTC) is a Building Performance Institute (BPI) Primary Training Affiliate and a Saturn Training Ally located in Portland, OR. ECONTC offers home energy performance and weatherization training designed to help students understand how to evaluate a homes energy use, identify what measures are needed to improve a homes efficiency, and how to properly implement those changes. For programs focused on contractor education emphasis is placed on how leveraging government and utility energy efficiency incentives can help increase the profitability of their businesses.
